Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Break cauliflower up into small pieces.
- Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Lay out on a prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in preheated oven until golden brown on edges and crispy.

Notes
- Can also be cooked in an air fryer oven. Preheat to 400 degrees. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking basket half way through.
