Recipe for roasted cauliflower. This is the perfect ratio of salt to olive oil for crispy, flavorful roasted cauliflower! Can also be cooked in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Break cauliflower up into small pieces.
  • Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Lay out on a prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast in preheated oven until golden brown on edges and crispy.

Notes

  • Can also be cooked in an air fryer oven. Preheat to 400 degrees. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking basket half way through.
