Ingredients

  • 4 4 eggs

  • 4 oz 4 Cream Cheese (1/2 package)

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 1/3 cup 1 1/3 almond flour

  • 2 tbsp 2 keto Friendly sweetener (monk fruit, erythritol)

  • 1 tsp 1 vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

  • Blend ingredients.
  • Let rest 5 minutes.
  • Cook in skillet over medium/high heat.
