Ingredients
1 1/2 cup 1 1/2 almond flour
1/2 cup 1/2 keto friendly sweetener (monk fruit, erythritol)
1 tbsp 1 unflavored gelatin
1 tsp 1 baking powder
1 1 egg
1/2 cup 1/2 butter (softened)
1 tsp 1 vanilla extract
1/2 cup 1/2 keto friendly chocolate chips
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- In separate bowl combine wet ingredients.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir to combine.
- Add chocolate chips. Stir.
- Drop on nonstick or lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
- Let cool on cookie sheet.
