Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds 2 ground beef

  • 1/2 Cup 1/2 mayonnaise

  • 1/4 Cup 1/4 ketchup

  • 1 Tsp 1 salt

  • 1/2 Tsp 1/2 black pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients together. Can add in vegetables, bread crumbs or crackers.
  • Form into meatloaf in baking dish.
  • Top with ketchup.
  • Bake until center is no longer pink, about 45 minutes.
