Ingredients
1 package thin sliced bacon
15 medium sized (3-4″) jalapeno peppers
2 blocks of cream cheese
30 toothpicks
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds and white inner membrane.
- Fill jalapeno halves with cream cheese.
- Cut bacon in half and wrap around jalapenos. Secure with a toothpick.
- Line try with foil or parchment paper. Bake jalapenos until bacon is crispy.
