Recipe for simple jalapeno poppers with instructional video. You’ll just need three ingredients to whip out these keto friendly appetizers!

Ingredients

  • 1 package thin sliced bacon

  • 15 medium sized (3-4″) jalapeno peppers

  • 2 blocks of cream cheese

  • 30 toothpicks

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds and white inner membrane.
  • Fill jalapeno halves with cream cheese.
  • Cut bacon in half and wrap around jalapenos. Secure with a toothpick.
  • Line try with foil or parchment paper. Bake jalapenos until bacon is crispy.
