Double Chocolate Banana Cookies

Ingredients

  • Sift Dry Ingredients Together
  • 1-1/2 cups 1-1/2 all purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp 1 baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 salt

  • Cream butter with sugars
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 butter, cut into small pieces (1 stick)

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 white sugar

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 brown sugar

  • Mix everything together
  • 1 1 egg

  • 1 tsp 1 vanilla

  • 1-2 1-2 ripe bananas

  • 2 cups 2 chocolate chip cookies

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together: flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Cut the butter into small pieces.
  • Cream butter with sugars.
  • Add egg, vanilla and banana(s).
  • Mix in dry ingredients.
  • Then add the chocolate chips.
  • Spoon on to prepared cookie sheet.
  • Bake until outer edges are slight crisp.
