Ingredients
2 – 8″ flour tortillas
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cheese
1/2 cup taco meat (can substitute refried beans)
Directions
- In a large fry pan on medium to low heat, melt butter.
- Place one tortilla down and add half the cheese, the taco meat, the remaining cheese and remaining tortilla. Cover and let cook 2-3 minutes, until golden brown on bottom side and cheese is melting.
- Flip and cover, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until bottom tortilla is golden brown.
