Ingredients
1/2 head of red cabbage, shredded
1 tsp salt
1 carrot, grated
1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 sweet onion, sliced
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 lime, juiced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 jalapeno, deseeded and chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
pepper to taste
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Directions
- Prepare vegetables.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Cover and let flavors develop in refrigerator for several hours.
