Ingredients

  • 15 oz can 15 oz black beans (drained and rinsed)

  • 3 3 eggs

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 oil

  • 1 tsp 1 vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup 3/4 sugar

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp 1 baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 salt

  • Optional Ingredients
  • 1 tsp 1 cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 chocolate chips (optional)

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 walnuts (can be chopped)

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in blender until smooth.
  • Pour into 8×8 greased baking dish.
  • Bake 27-30 minutes at 350F until edges are done and toothpick entered in center returns clean.
