Quick and easy salsa recipe using canned tomatoes and a food processor or blender.

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz 1 can diced or whole canned tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 fresh cilantro

  • 1/4 1/4 small red onion

  • 1 Tbsp 1 jalapenos

  • 1 Tbsp 1 lime juice

  • 1 1 clove garlic

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 salt

Directions

  • In food processor (or blender) add all ingredients.
  • Use the pulse setting for a chunkier salsa, or high setting for a smoother consistency.
  • Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.

  1. In your ingredient checklist, you have 1/2 C fresh salsa listed. You mean cilantro. You may want to change that.
