Ingredients
4-6 4-6 Fresh or thawed salmon fillet pieces, or 1 salmon filet cut into 3″ wide pieces
2 tbsp 2 olive oil
2 tbsp 2 brown sugar
1 tsp 1 salt
1/2 tsp 1/2 black pepper
1 1 lemon, cut into slices
- Optional Seasonings and Garnish
1 tsp 1 Thyme
1/2 tsp 1/2 garlic powder
dried parsley as garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- SEASON: In large mixing bowl, add the salmon and sprinkle with seasonings and olive oil. Mix to combine.
- BAKE: Place salmon pieces on prepared tray. Drizzle with any remaining marinade. Bake until flaky and fragrant, about 12-15 minutes.
- GARNISH: Squeeze lemon slices over salmon pieces. Garish with dried parsley.
- SERVE: Serve with rice, fettucine alfredo, or a salad.
