Baked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4-6 4-6 Fresh or thawed salmon fillet pieces, or 1 salmon filet cut into 3″ wide pieces

  • 2 tbsp 2 olive oil

  • 2 tbsp 2 brown sugar

  • 1 tsp 1 salt

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 black pepper

  • 1 1 lemon, cut into slices

  • Optional Seasonings and Garnish
  • 1 tsp 1 Thyme

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 garlic powder

  • dried parsley as garnish

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • SEASON: In large mixing bowl, add the salmon and sprinkle with seasonings and olive oil. Mix to combine.
  • BAKE: Place salmon pieces on prepared tray. Drizzle with any remaining marinade. Bake until flaky and fragrant, about 12-15 minutes.
  • GARNISH: Squeeze lemon slices over salmon pieces. Garish with dried parsley.
  • SERVE: Serve with rice, fettucine alfredo, or a salad.
