Ingredients
3 3 Chicken Thighs
6 cups 6 water
8 cups 8 chicken broth
1/2 Tablespoon 1/2 Salt
2 Tablespoon 2 Olive Oil
1 medium 1 Onion
2-3 2-3 chopped Carrots
2 2 Celery sticks ( Chopped)
3 cups 3 egg noodles
1 teaspoon 1 dried dill (optional)
Directions
- In a large soup pot boil water, chicken broth, chicken and salt for 20 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking. Cut the onions, carrots and celery in to small pieces. then sauté onions and celery in a skillet with olive oil.
- Add onions, celery, carrots and noodles into broth
- Remove the chicken and cut into bite size pieces then place back into the pot and continue Boil 15 more minutes or until noodles are tender.
- Season with dill and salt to taste
