Ingredients

  • 3 3 Chicken Thighs

  • 6 cups 6 water

  • 8 cups 8 chicken broth

  • 1/2 Tablespoon 1/2 Salt

  • 2 Tablespoon 2 Olive Oil

  • 1 medium 1 Onion

  • 2-3 2-3 chopped Carrots

  • 2 2 Celery sticks ( Chopped)

  • 3 cups 3 egg noodles

  • 1 teaspoon 1 dried dill (optional)

Directions

  • In a large soup pot boil water, chicken broth, chicken and salt for 20 minutes.
  • While the chicken is cooking. Cut the onions, carrots and celery in to small pieces. then sauté onions and celery in a skillet with olive oil.
  • Add onions, celery, carrots and noodles into broth
  • Remove the chicken and cut into bite size pieces then place back into the pot and continue Boil 15 more minutes or until noodles are tender.
  • Season with dill and salt to taste
