I made this and the dough was so incredibly sticky, I could not even separate it into smaller sections. I added a flour a little at a time until it didn’t stick to my hands anymore. I ended up adding about 1.5 cups of flour more than the recipe called.
Not sure what happened but I was very frustrated to say the least!
Thank you for the feedback! Since soft dough makes soft bread, I try to just coat the outside in flour to make in manageable, but let the inside be super sticky. Hope they tasted good?
My 11y daughter and I made these today and they were so easy and so delicious, and totally worth turning the oven on in the heat of summer! We are currently waiting for batch number 3 to rise. Thank you for the yummy recipe!
