Ingredients
1 cup 1 white sugar
1/2 cup 1/2 cocoa powder, unsweetened
1-1/2 cups 1-1/2 flour
1 tsp 1 baking soda
1/4 tsp 1/4 salt
- Sift together all dry ingredients, then add in
1/3 cup 1/3 oil or melted butter
2 2 eggs
1 tsp 1 vanilla
- Roll into balls, then roll in powdered sugar
1/3 cup 1/3 powdered sugar
Directions
- PREHEAT: Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- DRY INGREDIENTS: Sift together all dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- WET INGREDIENTS: Add the eggs and oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until dough forms.
- ROLL COOKIES: Roll dough into 20 balls and then roll in the confectioners sugar.
- BAKE: Bake at 375 degrees until fragrant, crinkling and just done on outside edges.
- COOL: Remove from oven and cool on a baking rack.
