Ingredients
1 pound 1 ground pork
2 2 eggs
1 tsp 1 black pepper
1/2 tsp 1/2 salt
1 tsp 1 garlic powder
2 tbsp 2 fish sauce
1 cup 1 mung bean sprouts
1 cup 1 rice noodles, prepared
1 cup 1 shredded cabbage
1 cup 1 grated cabbage
1/2 cup 1/2 green onion, finely sliced
1/2 cup 1/2 white onion, diced
1/2 cup 1/2 cilantro, finely sliced
1 package 1 eggroll wrappers
Directions
- Combine ground pork, eggs, and seasonings.
- Add remaining ingredients and combine.
- Roll eggroll wrapper with approximately 1/2 cup filling. Use water to seal wrapper.
- Fry until filling in done. Approximately 10 minutes over medium heat. Time may vary based on thickness of finished eggrolls.

Notes
- Prepare rice noodles to package directions. Also consider chopping noodles so they are easier to eat when done.
