Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup 1 1/2 almond flour

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 keto friendly sweetener (monk fruit, erythritol)

  • 1 tbsp 1 unflavored gelatin

  • 1 tsp 1 baking powder

  • 1 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 butter (softened)

  • 1 tsp 1 vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 keto friendly chocolate chips

Directions

  • Combine dry ingredients.
  • In separate bowl combine wet ingredients.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Add chocolate chips. Stir.
  • Drop on nonstick or lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
  • Let cool on cookie sheet.
