Ingredients

  • Cookie dough
  • 3 cup 3 flour

  • 2 teaspoon 2 ground cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoon 2 cream of tartar

  • 2 teaspoon 2 baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 salt

  • 1 cup 1 butter

  • 2 teaspoons 2 vanilla extract

  • 1 cup 1 white sugar

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 brown sugar

  • 2 2 eggs

  • Cinnamon sugar mix
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 white sugar

  • 1 Tablespoon 1 ground cinnamon

Directions

  • Mix together the flour, ground cinnamon, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  • Cream the butter and white sugar together. Add the brown sugar and continue to cream. Whisk in the vanilla and eggs.
  • Fold the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until all the flour is incorporated.
  • Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  • While the dough is chilling, Make the cinnamon sugar mix. In a small bowl mix together 1/4 cup of sugar with 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon.
  • when the dough is done chilling, preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  • Roll the dough into ping pong size balls and then roll around in the cinnamon sugar mix. Place on a prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cat 375 degrees.
