Ingredients
- Cookie dough
3 cup 3 flour
2 teaspoon 2 ground cinnamon
2 teaspoon 2 cream of tartar
2 teaspoon 2 baking soda
1/2 teaspoon 1/2 salt
1 cup 1 butter
2 teaspoons 2 vanilla extract
1 cup 1 white sugar
1/3 cup 1/3 brown sugar
2 2 eggs
- Cinnamon sugar mix
1/4 cup 1/4 white sugar
1 Tablespoon 1 ground cinnamon
Directions
- Mix together the flour, ground cinnamon, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- Cream the butter and white sugar together. Add the brown sugar and continue to cream. Whisk in the vanilla and eggs.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until all the flour is incorporated.
- Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- While the dough is chilling, Make the cinnamon sugar mix. In a small bowl mix together 1/4 cup of sugar with 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon.
- when the dough is done chilling, preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Roll the dough into ping pong size balls and then roll around in the cinnamon sugar mix. Place on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cat 375 degrees.
