Ingredients
1 cup 1 peanut butter
1 cup 1 white sugar or other sweetner to taste
1 1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix egg with sugar, then add peanut butter.
- Roll into 1″ balls.
- Spread out on baking sheet.
- Flatten slightly with a fork in a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
