Ingredients

  • 2 cups dry macaroni noodles

  • 2 T butter

  • 2 T flour

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 t black paper

  • 1/2 t salt

  • 1 t vinegar (optional to taste)

Directions

  • Cook pasta according to pasta direction.
  • In 2 quart saucepan, melt butter on medium heat.
  • Stir in flour and mix until smooth.
  • Add milk and mix, stirring so mixture doesn’t burn.
  • When mixture is thick, add in cheese and let cheese melt.
  • Remove from heat and add noodles.
  • Season to taste.
