Ingredients
2 cups dry macaroni noodles
2 T butter
2 T flour
1 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 t black paper
1/2 t salt
1 t vinegar (optional to taste)
Directions
- Cook pasta according to pasta direction.
- In 2 quart saucepan, melt butter on medium heat.
- Stir in flour and mix until smooth.
- Add milk and mix, stirring so mixture doesn’t burn.
- When mixture is thick, add in cheese and let cheese melt.
- Remove from heat and add noodles.
- Season to taste.
