Easy and fun to make 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies. Gluten free, dairy free, no flour, and keto friendly (using alternative sweetener).

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1 peanut butter

  • 1 cup 1 white sugar or other sweetner to taste

  • 1 1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix egg with sugar, then add peanut butter.
  • Roll into 1″ balls.
  • Spread out on baking sheet.
  • Flatten slightly with a fork in a criss-cross pattern.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
