Ingredients
1 cup water
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup taco seasoning mix
1 cup canned salsa (optional)
Directions
- Heat water in large pan on medium heat.
- Add meat and break up into small pieces.
- Cook with lid on for a couple minutes.
- Remove lid and break meat up again.
- Add taco seasonings and optional salsa.
- Replace lid and let cook on low until thick.
