Ingredients

  • 1 cup water

  • 1-1/2 pounds ground beef

  • 1/4 cup taco seasoning mix

  • 1 cup canned salsa (optional)

Directions

  • Heat water in large pan on medium heat.
  • Add meat and break up into small pieces.
  • Cook with lid on for a couple minutes.
  • Remove lid and break meat up again.
  • Add taco seasonings and optional salsa.
  • Replace lid and let cook on low until thick.
