Ingredients

  • 5 medium tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

  • 1/2 sweet onion, chopped

  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and chopped

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Prepare all ingredients and mix together and allow flavors to develop for at least half an hour in the refrigerator.

  • For more spice, use the jalapeno seeds.
