Ingredients
5 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and chopped
1 lime, juiced
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Prepare all ingredients and mix together and allow flavors to develop for at least half an hour in the refrigerator.
