Ingredients
1/2 cup 1/2 oil or 1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
1/2 cup 1/2 unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup 1 sugar
2 2 eggs
1 tsp 1 vanilla
1/2 cup 1/2 flour
1/4 tsp 1/4 salt
- Optional Add Ins
1/2 cup 1/2 chocolate chips
1/2 cup 1/2 chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease small baking pan (8×8).
- In a mixing bowl, combine oil or melted butter, cocoa and sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, and mix until combined.
- Add flour and salt, and mix until combined.
- Spread batter in greased or lined pan.
- Bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center returns clean.

- Recipe can doubled and baked in a 13×9 large baking dish.

thanks, I’m a senior who loves my brownies my wife tad forgetful I’m just coming back from stroke June, but we will get to i always need to adjust my sugar but taste great
