Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 oil or 1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 cup 1 sugar

  • 2 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp 1 vanilla

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 flour

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 salt

  • Optional Add Ins
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 chopped walnuts

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease small baking pan (8×8).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine oil or melted butter, cocoa and sugar. Mix until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, and mix until combined.
  • Add flour and salt, and mix until combined.
  • Spread batter in greased or lined pan.
  • Bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center returns clean.

  • Recipe can doubled and baked in a 13×9 large baking dish.

  1. thanks, I’m a senior who loves my brownies my wife tad forgetful I’m just coming back from stroke June, but we will get to i always need to adjust my sugar but taste great
