Ingredients
6 6 eggs
1/4 cup 1/4 heavy cream or half & half
3-4 Tablespoons 3-4 parmasean cheese
dash salt and pepper
- Filling options
cheddar cheese or any type of cheese
breakfast meat (bacon, sausage, ham)
cherry tomatoes, spinach, parsley, cilantro
jalepenos, mushrooms, croutons
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Grease a 12 muffin pan with non stick spray or oil.
- Whisk eggs and cream with hand blender or by hand. Stir in the parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
- Pour the batter into the muffin tin dividing the batter equally.
- Add your favorite fillings into the cups. Mix the filling into the batter.
- Bake for 10-12 min at 375 degrees.
