Ingredients

  • 6 6 eggs

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 heavy cream or half & half

  • 3-4 Tablespoons 3-4 parmasean cheese

  • dash salt and pepper

  • Filling options
  • cheddar cheese or any type of cheese

  • breakfast meat (bacon, sausage, ham)

  • cherry tomatoes, spinach, parsley, cilantro

  • jalepenos, mushrooms, croutons

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Grease a 12 muffin pan with non stick spray or oil.
  • Whisk eggs and cream with hand blender or by hand. Stir in the parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Pour the batter into the muffin tin dividing the batter equally.
  • Add your favorite fillings into the cups. Mix the filling into the batter.
  • Bake for 10-12 min at 375 degrees.
