Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup 1 3/4 flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 salt

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 butter

  • 4 ounces 4 cream cheese

  • 1 cup 1 sugar

  • 1/2 Tablespoon 1/2 vanilla

  • 1 1 egg

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl whisk together the dry ingredients: Flour, baking soda and salt. Then set aside.
  • Cream together the butter and cream cheese with a hand mixer or in a stand mixer. Add in the sugar and vanilla and continue mixing until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg.
  • Fold in the dry mixture using a rubber spatula, then beat together until fully incorporated.
  • Cover the cookie dough and chill for at least an hour.
  • Once the dough is done chilling, Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Roll the dough into ping pong size balls and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are slightly golden and set.
