Ingredients
1 3/4 cup 1 3/4 flour
1/2 teaspoon 1/2 baking powder
1/2 teaspoon 1/2 salt
1/2 cup 1/2 butter
4 ounces 4 cream cheese
1 cup 1 sugar
1/2 Tablespoon 1/2 vanilla
1 1 egg
Directions
- In a mixing bowl whisk together the dry ingredients: Flour, baking soda and salt. Then set aside.
- Cream together the butter and cream cheese with a hand mixer or in a stand mixer. Add in the sugar and vanilla and continue mixing until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg.
- Fold in the dry mixture using a rubber spatula, then beat together until fully incorporated.
- Cover the cookie dough and chill for at least an hour.
- Once the dough is done chilling, Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Roll the dough into ping pong size balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are slightly golden and set.
