Easy small batch refrigerator pickle recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp 1 Salt

  • 1 tsp 1 Dill

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Mustard Seed

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Cold Water

  • 1 Pint 1 Vegetables: garlic, onions, cucumber, green beans, peppers, cauliflower, carrots.

Directions

  • In a pint size jar add the pickle brine ingredients and shake to stir.
  • Pack jar with fresh vegetables.
  • Top with water to cover the vegetables and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
  • Store in fridge for up to a month.
