Ingredients
1 tsp 1 Salt
1 tsp 1 Dill
1/2 tsp 1/2 Mustard Seed
1/4 cup 1/4 Apple Cider Vinegar
Cold Water
1 Pint 1 Vegetables: garlic, onions, cucumber, green beans, peppers, cauliflower, carrots.
Directions
- In a pint size jar add the pickle brine ingredients and shake to stir.
- Pack jar with fresh vegetables.
- Top with water to cover the vegetables and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
- Store in fridge for up to a month.
