Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin

Ingredients
1 1 pork tenderloin (1-1.5 pounds)
1 pound 1 thin sliced bacon
2 Tbsp 2 oil
1/2 tsp 1/2 black pepper
1/4 cup 1/4 honey
Directions
- On a sheet of plastic wrap, lay bacon slightly over lapping.
- Heat up your skillet, add oil, and sear all sides of the tenderloin.
- Place to seared tenderloin on the bacon and use the plastic wrap to tightly roll up the tenderloin.
- Transfer the bacon wrapped tenderloin back to the skillet and discard the plastic wrap.
- Add the black pepper and drizzle with honey.
- Bake in 400F oven for 20 minutes.
- Baste with drippings and cook another 10 minutes.
- Internal temperature should be 145 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
