minutesRecipe for barbecue chicken thighs in the slow cooker. This affordable, easy make ahead dinner serves up tender, moist chicken with a caramelized barbecue sauce topping, delicious with rice, potatoes or a pasta salad.

Ingredients
6-8 chicken thighs, can be boneless or bone-in with skin, can be frozen or thawed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup barbecue sauce
Directions
- Place the chicken skin side up in the slow cooker.
- Top with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Slow cook for 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
- Remove from slow cooker and place on a tray.
- Cover top in barbecue sauce.
- Broil in oven until barbecue sauce is caramelized.
