Make biscuits with cream instead of butter – it’s easier but just as amazing! These cream biscuits are so tender and soft and easy to make with less mess.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1-1/2 cups heavy cream

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
  • Add the heavy cream, and gently mix until forms a dough.
  • Spread out on a floured surface until about 1/2 thick.
  • Cut biscuits using a drinking glass or cookie cutter.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees until fragrant and golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
