Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1-1/2 cups heavy cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
- Add the heavy cream, and gently mix until forms a dough.
- Spread out on a floured surface until about 1/2 thick.
- Cut biscuits using a drinking glass or cookie cutter.
- Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees until fragrant and golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
