Ingredients

  • Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups 2 2 flour

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 salt

  • 1 tsp 1 baking soda

  • Wet Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup 3/4 sugar

  • 1 1 egg, lightly beaten with fork

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 oil or 1 stick butter melted

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 milk

  • 1 tsp 1 vanilla

Directions

  • PREP: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare 12 muffin tins with liners.
  • DRY: Mix dry ingredients together.
  • WET: Then mix wet ingredients into the dry.
  • BLUEBERRIES: Fold in blueberries carefully.
  • BAKE: Spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 375F until top edges are golden brown.
