Ingredients
- Dry Ingredients
2 cups 2 2 flour
1/4 tsp 1/4 salt
1 tsp 1 baking soda
- Wet Ingredients
3/4 cup 3/4 sugar
1 1 egg, lightly beaten with fork
1/2 cup 1/2 oil or 1 stick butter melted
1/2 cup 1/2 milk
1 tsp 1 vanilla
Directions
- PREP: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare 12 muffin tins with liners.
- DRY: Mix dry ingredients together.
- WET: Then mix wet ingredients into the dry.
- BLUEBERRIES: Fold in blueberries carefully.
- BAKE: Spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 375F until top edges are golden brown.
