Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup milk of choice
1/4 tsp maple syrup or other sweetener of choice (optional)
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Directions
- Place chia seeds in bottom of glass jar.
- Top with milk and stir.
- Let set five minutes and stir again.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Stir again, breaking up any clumps, until consistent.
- Garnish and enjoy cold.
