Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1/4 tsp maple syrup or other sweetener of choice (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Directions

  • Place chia seeds in bottom of glass jar.
  • Top with milk and stir.
  • Let set five minutes and stir again.
  • Refrigerate for at least two hours.
  • Stir again, breaking up any clumps, until consistent.
  • Garnish and enjoy cold.
