Ingredients
1 medium head of cabbage, shredded, core removed
3 large carrots, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white vinegar (to taste)
Directions
- Shred cabbage and grate carrots.
- Add remaining ingredients in large bowl.
- Season to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.

- Add cilantro and onion to serve with fish tacos
- Add raisins or craisins for a gourmet twist.
- To make Keto friendly, use a keto approved sweetner.
