Ingredients

  • Wet Ingredients
  • 3 3 ripe bananas

  • 1 Cup 1 sugar

  • 2 2 eggs

  • 1 Tsp 1 vanilla

  • 1/2 Cup 1/2 oil or 1 stick butter melted

  • Dry Ingredients
  • 2 Cups 2 flour

  • 1 Tsp 1 baking soda

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Mash bananas with sugar.
  • Add eggs, vanilla and oil. Stir to combine.
  • In separate bowl, sift flour with baking soda.
  • Mix the dry with the wet.
  • Grease a baking dish or pan and add the batter.
  • Bake until golden brown on edges and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  • Muffins – simply line muffin tins and bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Add-in: Try adding in walnuts, chocolate chips, or a fourth banana cut into big chunks.
