Ingredients
- Wet Ingredients
3 3 ripe bananas
1 Cup 1 sugar
2 2 eggs
1 Tsp 1 vanilla
1/2 Cup 1/2 oil or 1 stick butter melted
- Dry Ingredients
2 Cups 2 flour
1 Tsp 1 baking soda
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Mash bananas with sugar.
- Add eggs, vanilla and oil. Stir to combine.
- In separate bowl, sift flour with baking soda.
- Mix the dry with the wet.
- Grease a baking dish or pan and add the batter.
- Bake until golden brown on edges and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

- Muffins – simply line muffin tins and bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Add-in: Try adding in walnuts, chocolate chips, or a fourth banana cut into big chunks.
