Simple recipe for pasta salad. Pasta salad is a perfect side dish for potlucks, bbqs, or family dinners, and a great lunch option! Makes enough to fill a large serving bowl.

Ingredients
1 12 oz box 1 pasta swirls
1 cup 1 Italian dressing
4 cups 4 chopped vegetables of choice (cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, olives, zucchini, etc)
1 cup 1 cheese of choice (cheddar, mozerella, string cheese, colby jack, pepper jack, feta)
1 cup 1 protein of choice (optional, boiled eggs, pepperoni, smoked sausage sticks, etc)
Directions
- COOK PASTA: Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain when done, and rinse with cold water to chill.
- PREP: Chop up vegetables, cheese and protein (if using) into bite sized pieces.
- MIX: Mix everything together in large bowl.
- CHILL: Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow the dressing to saturate the vegetables and pasta.
