Try this recipe for simple healthy version of no bake cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 nut butter

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 cocoa powder

  • 1 cup 1 oats

Directions

  • Over medium heat in a small pot, combine coconut oil, maple syrup and nut butter until smooth.
  • Add cocoa powder and stir until smooth.
  • Add oats and stir to combine. Do not boil.
  • Drop into 12 cookies on a cookie sheet covered in wax paper.
  • Place in freezer for 20 to set. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
