Make delicious, thick, juicy burgers at home! This is my no fail recipe that has just the right amount of seasonings to make the perfect burger every time. Not dry or tough and holds together well – perfect!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound 1 ground beef

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 mayonnaise

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 salt

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 black pepper

Directions

  • MIX: Mix burger with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  • MAKE PATTIES: Form into patties.
  • COOK: Can cook on a grill, griddle, air fryer or in a non stick pan, slightly oiled. Use high heat and cook on each side about 3-4 minutes until fragrant. Turn only once to avoid damaging burger.
  • ACCESSORIZE: Top with cheese for last minute of cooking for cheeseburgers. Serve with favorite burger fixings and buns.
