I made this tonight and it was a hit! Super easy and pretty quick to make. The recipe felt very approachable with a manageable list of ingredients and not using every dish in the house. It’s so refreshing to find a recipe online that doesn’t have pages of unnecessary commentary to read through before the recipe! I may have missed it, but I did not see temp to heat oven and bake. I put it on 400 and it turned out well.
Thank you so much for giving this recipe a shot! I’m so glad to hear it worked out for you.
I have updated the oven temp instructions, thank you for taking your time to let us know.
I’ve tried many different lasagna recipes and they are good but always thought it was so much work for just one dish. This was so easy I was a little worried how it was going to turn out. Can something be so minimal and taste good? Yup. My husband and kids all but licked their plates. I made this into two half pans and froze the other one for later since we have a smaller family (: thanks for the recipe!
