minutesSimple way to make pancakes from scratch. Ingredients: 1 cup flour 1 tablespoon sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 egg 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons oil Mix dry ingredients in bowl. In separate bowl beat egg, milk and oil until combined and pour into dry ingredients. Stir just until combined (batter may still be slightly lumpy). Cook on lightly greased hot skillet over medium heat for approximately 2 minutes on each side.
