Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken Thighs

kcalRecipe for slow cooker teriyaki chicken thighs. Add the chicken to the slow cooker in the morning, at dinner time, simply cook some rice and broil the chicken to make it crispy. This is a great family dinner that is easy to make!

Ingredients
8 bone-in chicken thighs with skin on
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
Directions
- Place chicken, bone down, in slow cooker.
- Top with all remaining inredients.
- Slow cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours.
- Remove chicken and broil skin up in oven until crispy on top.
- Recommend serving with rice. Sauce can be served over chicken.
