Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 pounds ground beef or Italian sausage
2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 can tomato paste (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Directions
- In a large pan on medium heat, brown meat in water with lid on. Break meat up into small pieces.
- Add remaining ingredients and let simmer until ready to serve.
- Serve over spaghetti noodles with Parmesan cheese.
