How to make taco meat in a slow cooker. This make ahead recipe for taco meat is super easy and flavorful! Use the taco meat in tacos, quesadillas, salads, nachos and more!

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pounds ground beef

  • 1/4 cup taco seasoning mix

  • 1 cup canned salsa (Pace or similar)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to slow cooker and mix well.
  • Slow cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  • Mix well halfway through for best results.

      3 hours on high
