Ingredients
- Dry Ingredients, Sift Together
2 cups 2 all purpose flour
1/2 tsp 1/2 salt
1 tsp 1 baking soda
1 tsp 1 cinnamon
- Cream Butter with Sugar
1/2 cup 1/2 butter (1 stick)
1/2 cup 1/2 brown sugar
1/2 cup 1/2 white sugar
- Add to Wet Ingredients
1 egg 1 egg
1 tsp 1 vanilla
1 medium 1 zucchini, finely grated
1 cup 1 chocolate chips
Directions
- PREP: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- DRY INGREDIENTS: Sift the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- CREAM BUTTER WITH SUGARS: Cut the butter into small pieces. Cream with sugars in a stand mixer or using a hand mixer.
- ADD REMAINING WET INGREDIENTS: Add in egg, vanilla and grated zucchini.
- MIX DRY WITH WET: Fold in the dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips.
- BAKE: Bake at 350 until edges are light golden brown. Baking times vary depending on cookie size, between 10-15 minutes. Do not overbake.
